After nearly three years’construction, CNOOC Huizhou Refining and chemical 2^nd Phase 10 million tons oil refining project, the largest-scale under construction refining-chemical integration project was successful commissioning on 2^nd, October.

Our company was in charge of the supervision work of 4.8 MT/Y CCU (catalytic cracking unit), 10 MT/Y crude oil unit and etc. 6 oil refining process units in total.

At 9:15a.m. of 24^th, September, 10 MT/Y crude oil unit of Huizhou refining and chemical 2^nd Phase oil refining project introduced crude oil and started up. Until 13:30, all the side-draw products were qualified. As the head of oil refining projects, one-time successful commissioning of the unit laid the solid foundation for getting through the full work flow.

At 15:30 of 27^th, September, 4.8 MT/Y CCU (catalytic cracking unit) of Huizhou refining and chemical 2^nd phase, the domestic largest processing capability successfully output qualified products, which means this unit realized one-time successful commissioning safely and smoothly.
